Plan Home, Away and Goalkeeper Colours Together
List each required colourway separately. A 20-player squad ordering both home and away uniforms needs more garments than a single match-kit order, and goalkeeper kits usually require a clearly contrasting design.
Ask the club or league contact to confirm any competition requirements for shirt contrast, numbering and sponsor placement. Skyzone can prepare coordinated options, but the buyer remains responsible for approving the artwork against its competition rules.

Collect Youth and Adult Sizes Before Approval
Grassroots clubs often combine junior teams, adult squads, goalkeepers and coaching staff. Request the chart for the exact product and confirm whether it describes body measurements or finished-garment measurements.
Compare the proposed chart with a kit that already fits each group well. Check chest width, shirt length, shorts waist and shorts length rather than relying only on familiar size letters.
Prepare one checked roster containing player name, squad number, shirt size, shorts size and sock size where applicable. Accented characters and sponsor spelling should appear exactly as approved on the artwork.
Use a Sample to Confirm More Than the Design
Digital mockups help a club review colours, layout and logo positions, but they cannot prove fabric weight, breathability, opacity, seam comfort or wash performance. Ask which fabric and construction are proposed for the selected kit.
Where these details matter, discuss a fabric swatch or finished sample before the complete team order. Review measurements, stitching, print clarity, colour references and decoration quality against the approved specification.

Add Training and Winter Teamwear Only Where Needed

You do not need to order every item at once. Separate essential matchwear from optional training, travel and winter products so the quotation is easy to compare with the club budget.
Request the minimum quantity for each garment rather than assuming that mixed products share one minimum. Selected programmes support flexible quantities, subject to the final fabric, decoration and packing specification.
