Confirm the composition, construction and GSM of the actual fabric selected for your volleyball order. GSM describes fabric weight; a higher number alone does not establish better quality. A fabric used for a hoodie or bag should not be assumed suitable for a playing jersey.

Review the sample for seam finishing, print clarity, comfort and how the material looks when stretched or worn. If your organisation requires a specific fabric test or certificate, ask us to confirm availability for the proposed material before approval.

Names, numbers and libero jersey planning

A correct roster makes a personalised volleyball order easier to manage. Use one spreadsheet with each player’s size, exact name spelling and number. Have a designated team contact approve it alongside the artwork so every garment can be matched to the right player.

If your team requires a contrasting libero jersey, include it as a separate design and quantity in the brief. Confirm competition requirements for colour contrast, numbers, logos and uniform style with your league or tournament organiser before approving production.

For future additions to the squad, ask about repeat-order minimums and availability. Retain the approved artwork, measurement chart and fabric specification; these provide a useful reference when discussing a reorder.

From design approval to your team order

Our standard bulk payment terms are 50% advance and 50% when the shipment is ready, before dispatch. Flexible bulk terms can be discussed and agreed in writing. Sample orders require 100% advance payment; the quotation and invoice set out the terms for your order.

Ask for a quotation that clearly identifies the garments, included decoration, packaging and shipping. Minimum quantities and bulk pricing depend on the selected specification. Confirm any duties or taxes separately, including when an offer says shipping is included.

Production time and delivery time are different. Confirm both in writing before scheduling the uniforms for a tournament or season opener. If the deadline is tight, mention it at the start so the proposed order can be assessed against that date.
