Before you approve a club tracksuit, look beyond the design and consider how the fabric feels, moves and works with the intended garment.

Watch the samples being handled, then tell us which colour or fabric interests you. You can refer to fabric-library card SZ-TF-001 or share the video timestamp when requesting details.

The presentation does not establish a confirmed specification for every sample. Ask us to confirm the fabric name, composition, GSM and available colours for the option you want.

What makes a good tracksuit fabric?

Quality should be assessed against the intended use. A travel tracksuit, a warm-up layer and an everyday club outfit may need different weights, finishes and fits. Tell us where and when the garment will be worn so we can discuss an appropriate material.

GSM means grams per square metre: it describes fabric weight, not a complete quality grade. A higher number does not automatically mean a better garment. Compare the sample’s feel, drape and construction alongside its weight.

• Feel and finish: assess the surface against the skin and check the reverse side.
• Movement: handle the sample and check whether the proposed garment allows the movement you need.
• Colour: review a physical colour sample; phone screens and lighting can change its appearance.
• Construction: review stitching, seam finishing, cuffs and zips on a garment sample.
• Care: confirm washing instructions for the approved fabric and decoration.

Choose colours and branding for your club

Your tracksuit should look like part of your team. Share your club colours, crest, sponsor artwork and preferred style, whether you need coordinated jackets and trousers or a broader teamwear package. We can discuss personalisation and the placement of logos, names and numbers.

For sublimation tracksuit designs, confirm that the selected material and print method are suitable together before approving the order. Do not assume that every swatch supports the same decoration process. Ask for a decorated sample when print appearance is a priority.

Approve a sample before your bulk order

A fabric video is helpful, but it cannot show exactly how a material feels or how a finished tracksuit fits. Request a physical swatch or garment sample when you want to assess the proposed specification before committing to bulk production.

Check the jacket and trouser measurements, fabric feel, decoration placement and finishing. Record your approved choices in the quotation so the order has a clear reference. If you need a particular performance test or certificate, tell us what is required so availability can be confirmed. We do not infer test results from a video.

Ordering and payment terms

Send your quantity, size breakdown, logo files, preferred colours and delivery destination. Include the arrival date you need, and ask for a quotation covering the selected fabric, customisation, packaging, production schedule and shipping.

For bulk orders, our standard terms are 50% advance and the remaining 50% when the shipment is ready, before dispatch. Flexible bulk payment terms can be discussed and agreed. Sample orders require 100% advance payment. Final terms and payment instructions are confirmed on your invoice.
