Custom Women Sweatsuits by Sky Zone Impex pairs a hot-pink oversized pullover hoodie with matching tapered joggers, gold piping, gold eyelets and drawstring tips. A USA flag DTF heat-transfer print sits on the left chest, with a small gold brand mark on the left thigh. Heavyweight cotton fleece or cotton-rich fleece can be specified; final fibre composition, GSM, lining, rib and measurements are confirmed with your fabric choice and sample. What fabric and GSM are available?
Request heavyweight cotton fleece or cotton-rich fleece to match your target hand feel, structure and budget. Exact fibre percentages, GSM, brushed or unbrushed inner finish, hood lining and rib blend are confirmed with your chosen fabric and sample. No fixed GSM is implied by these mockups.
How is the USA flag applied?
The flag is proposed as a DTF print: artwork is printed onto transfer film, prepared with a heat-activated adhesive and transferred to the chest using a controlled heat press. A decoration sample confirms colour, placement, edge finish and compatibility with the selected fabric. Press settings and care instructions depend on the approved transfer system.
Can we add our own logo and private labels?
Yes. Send your logo and label artwork for custom chest or thigh branding, woven or printed neck labels, size tabs, care/content labels, neck tape, hangtags and branded packaging. Embroidery, DTF or other suitable applications can be quoted. The final quotation confirms which components are included and any extra development costs.
Can the fit and colours be changed?
Yes. Send your preferred size chart, hoodie and jogger measurements, colour references and trim choices. The shown design is hot pink with gold accents; custom colours, logo placement and fit adjustments are agreed before production.
Does the 5–6 day lead time include delivery?
No. The 5–6 day production lead time starts after artwork, fabric, sizing and order approval. Shipping transit is additional. Send your destination and required arrival date with the order enquiry.
How should the sweatsuit be cared for?
Follow the approved care label for the final fabric, DTF transfer and trims. Generally wash inside out with similar colours and avoid ironing directly over the chest print or logo. Washing temperature and drying instructions are confirmed with the sample.
